    Each product page of Le Nap provides details on the item’s fabric composition, fit, and wash and care instructions, but in case you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to email our customer service team at care@lenap.com.
  • Is a product still in stock?

    If the size or color is not shown on the product detail page, the item unfortunately is no longer in stock. At Le Nap we are more than happy to find you a wonderful alternative though! Please contact our customer service team at care@lenap.com.
  • Can I change my order at Le Nap?

    Unfortunately, at Le Nap we cannot make changes to the order once it has been placed. You can decide to cancel or return your order. For cancellations, please contact the Le Nap customer service team at care@lenap.com.
  • Can I cancel my order at Le Nap?

    If you want to cancel your order at Le Nap, please contact care@lenap.com. At Le Nap we try to process our orders as quickly as possible, it could be that your order has shipped already. In that case, you can either refuse the package when a delivery attempt has been made, or return all items for a full refund.
  • Do I need an account to place an order at Le Nap?

    No, you do not need an account at Le Nap to place an order.
  • What is the return policy at Le Nap?

    We accept returns of all Le Nap items purchased from our website within 30 days past the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Returns are free for the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, import duties are not covered or reimbursed by Le Nap. Please note that we are not responsible for any missing, late, or damaged returns.
  • What are the payment methods?

    At Le Nap we accept Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, iDeal, PayPal and VISA. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your Le Nap order. By placing an order at Le Nap, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been explicitly authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Le Nap, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
  • When will I be charged?

    Once your card is authorized, the payment will be charged immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation. Le Nap only handles paid orders.
