Terms & applicability

The terms & conditions are applicable to all agreements and orders of Le Nap (Le Nap BV), except when Le Nap B.V. has agreed to other conditions in writing. Adjusted agreements are not applicable for future transactions. By placing an order and accepting the offer you are automatically in agreement with these terms and conditions.

Prices & costs

All prices mentioned on the website of Le Nap B.V. are inclusive 21% tax. Shipping is free for orders above €80,- in the Netherlands. Check www.lenap.com/pages/delivery-returns for costs of international shipping. If you order more than one product shipping costs will remain the same. As long as the agreement has not been set yet, Le Nap B.V. is free to change the prices and further conditions.

Delivery

Le Nap B.V. aims to ship all orders that are in stock within 1-2 days. Orders that are not in stock will be sent within 3-4 weeks after the payment is complete to the address given to us by you. Your order will in fact, never take longer than 3-4 weeks. If a product has a longer delivery time or is (temporarily) not deliverable you will be informed shortly after you have placed the order. Le Nap B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by Post NL, DHL or UPS. Le Nap B.V. is also not liable for whatever damage that might occur as a consequence to not delivering in time. Le Nap B.V. takes great care of the sending and receiving of ordered products. Nevertheless it can happen that an order is not sent or incomplete. You need to report this within 7 days after you have received the product. The delivery shall eventually be completed or sent again by Le Nap B.V.

Payment methods

The agreement for buying and selling is realized the moment that you accept and comply with the general terms & conditions of Le Nap B.V. As long as the agreement is not confirmed by mail the customer has the right to cancel the agreement. The due payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard, Sofortbanking, Paypal, IDEAL and paying afterwards. By payment with Visa or MasterCard Le Nap has the right to control if the card is valid, if there is enough payment limit to pay the product and if the address information is correct. The payment via Visa, MasterCard and IDEAL is handled by Shopify payments, an online payment provider.

Reclamations & Returns

We do the best we can to deliver a perfect product. Le Nap B.V. advises to check the delivered products immediately after receiving them. In case the ordered products do not satisfy your expectations, do not hesitate to contact us by mail in order to inform us about it. Le Nap B.V. will try to solve the problem or complaint together with you. In case that Le Nap B.V. has not received a written complaint within 7 days after the reception of the product, Le Nap B.V. assumes that the products has been delivered correctly and in good state. You have the right to return the products delivered by Le Nap B.V. within 30 days. Within the approval period of 30 days you are obliged to take great care of the product and the packaging. You are only allowed to unpack and use the product as far as necessary to test whether it satisfies you and you would like to keep it. You may return in the products in the original packaging within these 30 days, attaching a copy of the bill. You are responsible for the delivery costs. In case that the products are not used and returned correctly in time and undamaged Le Nap B.V. will refund the paid price within 30 days. If the products sent by Le Nap B.V. are not returned within 30 days the agreement is valid.

Liability

Le Nap B.V. is not liable for any damage caused by the personnel or the products of Le Nap B.V. directly or indirectly. Le Nap B.V. is also not liable for any damage caused by third parties. Le Nap B.V. accepts no liablity for eventual damages that is caused by using Le Nap products. The liability of Le Nap is always restricted to the purchase amount of the product in question. Le Nap B.V. is not liable for misunderstandings, delay and incorrect delivery of orders and messages, due to the use of the internet or other means of communication with Le Nap B.V., or between Le Nap B.V. and third parties, unless due to intentionally acts or negligence.

Force majeure

In a situation of force majeure all obligations of Le Nap B.V. will be canceled. In case that the period of force majeure takes longer than two months, it is yours and Le Nap B.V.’s right to cancel the agreement, without a compensation for damage. We speak of force majeure in case of strike, disturbances, import/export prohibition, or natural disasters regardless if these occur at Le Nap B.V. or its suppliers.

Privacy

Le Nap B.V. respects the privacy of all users of the website and takes care, that the personal information that you provide us with, with be treated confidentially. Your personal information will be used only for handling your order. Next to handling your order we will use your information, only after your approval, for marketing means and the relationship with you as our customer. The information will never be shared with third parties unless these have to be involved in handling your order.

Valid law

For this agreement and terms & conditions Dutch law applies.
